الطهارة الوطنية من أجل وحدة العراق تستوجب تعديل فقرات الدستور رأي كل العراقيين لأنهم لا يريدون أتحادي فدرالي الكل أجمع على الوحدة !بينما الدستور العراق أتحادي يتكون من أتحاد دول أقاليم مستقلة تماما لها برلمان ومجلس وزراء مجرد من أجل المشاركة في واردات بيع نفط البصرة نحن معكم في دولة واحدة أتحادية فدرالية لنا تشريع قوانين خاصة بنا! لا نحترم السلطة الأتحادية بل هي دكتاتورية نحن شركاء في ثرواتكم لكن ملجأ لمن يهرب منكم ألينا ولو كان مطلوب للقانون عندكم! ,في الأيام التي نعيشها الان نحتفل العراق عاصمته بغداد عاصمة الثقافة العربية لعام 2013مو وأختاروا اربيل عاصمة السياحة العربية !, والعراق رئيس القمة العربية والتسريبات الأخبارية أنه على خلاف شديد مع دولة قطر التي سيعقد فيها مؤتمر القمة العربية بعد أيام وعلى العراق الحضور لتسليم القمة لها! , والعراق لايرغب بعلاقات دبلوماسية معها بسبب دورها في التدخل بالشؤون الداخلية العراقية والعربية بل تمويلها علنا لحركات تمرد معارضة مسلحة وتقديم الدعم للحروب الأهلية بالدول العربية بالمال والسلاح والاعلام والصحافة والأستشارة وبكل مجال!, الطهارة الوطنية داخل العراق للتخلص من درن الشيطان من المجموعات المسلحة التي هي بقايا احتلال أمريكا وحلفاءها وأشدد على من يجهل بواطن الأمور أن أمريكا لها شركاء دول الخليج ومن العالم شاركوها ولم حصة من أرباح الأحتلال بالنسبة لهم ومن جروحنا نحن الضحية زيادة جروح لنا ! , نحتاج في العراق الى الثورة الثقافية التي لم تبدأ الى اليوم بسبب تعدد الجهات المشاركة في العملية السياسية العراقية وتركزت على من ينتمي لها فقط ! , ونعم خرجت دورات لكن محدودة العدد, اليوم الأحتفال بغداد عاصمة الثقافة العربية لو تطلب من طلاب المدارس الثانوية أو الجامعات أن يخرجون في الأحتفالية أستعراض هل سيخرجون معك وأي راية يحملون أن كانت كردستان أقليم له راية كردستان الكردية القومية والجنوب والوسط كل مجموعة لها راية خاصة بها تضعها بجانب العلم العراقي الرسمي أمس وزير في مكتبه تحدث مباشر لتلفزيون الشرقية وراءه علم العراق وراية الكتلة السياسي المنتمي له بينما هو وزير حكومة أتحادية ببغداد ولو فعل وزير الخارجية نفس الشيء !!! هؤلاء الولاء والأيمان العقائدي والولاء للراية التي تمثل عقيدتها الدينية أو السياسية الخاصة بها لأنها التي رشحته لمنصب وزير برلماني من حقه الترويج الاعلامي لها والتعريف بها لكن المكتب السياسي شيء والمنصب الحكومي شيء آخر ! , العراق تقريبا تولدت القناعات لدى أكثر العراقيين أن الأمن والحماية والعيش السعيد يتوفر في حضن الطائفة والمجموعة الدينية والأنتماء العشائري!وهم من يوفر لك الحماية والامن وقت الشدائد , وأما الأخوة الوطنية والولاء الى العراق بكل أطيافه وحدوده الجغرافية لم نجد من ينادي من أجله ألا الحكومة التي تتحمل مسؤولية وواجب الأمن وتوفير الأمان وحراسة حدود العراق وهي تضحي وأبطالنا يضحون بأنفسهم والجنود والشرطة نشاهدهم ليل نهار في الشارع والموضع الدفاعي يضحون لوطنهم وكأني بهم لم يقرؤا الدستور وأتمنى أن لا يطلع الناس ويستمرون على نياتهم ولاءهم الى العراق الواحد لأنه الدستور عندما نتحدث عنه أقاليم والولاء الى الأقليم ومجلس المحافظة والحكومة المحلية وأن المحافظة مشروع أقليم وربما الوعد من البعض ربما يصبح بعد سنوات دولة لأنه مقومات أنشاءها موجود أرض وشعب ومال وجيش وشرطة محلية والشرطة والجيش الأتحادي واجبه على الحدود ! كما طالب أهالي الأنبار أخراج الجيش والشرطة الأتحادية لو في كردستان يقولون لا نفهم اللغة العربية نريد كردي لكن هؤلاء عرب وكأنهم يريدون حرس الأقليم فقط يبقى أو سلطة المحافظة وهي مغلقة من أهلها فقط! لو رجعنا الى التاريخ كان جيراننا في بغداد والكرادة الشرقية مدير الشرطة كان تركماني والشرطة من البصرة والناصرية ومن الأنبار ومن ديالى الخ! , اليوم كأننا في كل مدينة لون واحد !بغداد العاصمة أدخل الى الحي السيطرة ينظرون ألينا سيارة ثم وراءها سيارة والغريب يسأل الى بيت من أنت زائر ربما أسباب الزيارة والتعرف على الهوية ونحن حي وسط بغداد العاصمة العراقية !
بعد 10سنوات على الأحتلال الأمريكي وحلفاءه وعودة الحكم الى العراقيين أتمنى وأطلب أن تشكل لجنة من البرلمان لتعديل وأعادة كتابة الدستور بما يتلائم والوحدة الوطنية , وأحترام حقوق القوميات وحرية الأديان وعدم السماح للدكتاتورية أو الظلم , ورفع الفقرات التي كتبها الشيطان أو أملاها على بعض جنوده من القادمين معه وربما كانوا تأثروا من خلال وجودهم في بلاده مضطرين وبسبب ظلم المجرم صدام هجر العراقيين بدول العالم وقتل وشن حروب عبثية نتائجها هي ما نعيشه من تفجير ودخول الشيطان الأرهاب لنا , بلباس دين أو قومية الخ والعراقي لديه صفة الوفا ء وهي من يصنع له جميل لا ينسى أن يحترمه ويرد له الصنيع ولكن هناك حدود وأقصد من كان يقيم في دول العالم العربية أو الأسلامية أو الأوربية لكي لا نصبح حالة مشابهه الى الفلسطينيين والمصريين الأختلاف بيننا سبب الهجرة هم هاجروا بسبب الفقر ولكسب المال لبلدهم أرسلهم قادتهم لكل العالم ومنحوهم حرية مجاملة من يقيمون عنده بحجة أقتناع أو تبني فكره لحين ميسرة! ولكن أنقلب السحر على الساحر وعادوا اليوم يقتل بعضهم بعضا! ونحن كانت هجرة أخواننا بسبب ظلم صدام!والنتائج اليوم واحدة كل واحد يعير الاخر أنت عميل لفلان دولة جئت منها !يبقى القرار للسياسيين البرلمانون يريدون أستفتاء الشعب العراقي على خيارات يطرحونها بديل عن الدستور الحالي أو الأستمرار به لأنه لم يستفتي عليه الكل!
