منح نقيب الصحفيين لأعضاءها الرواد لقب رائد هي تعتبر أعلى من صفة النقيب ولقب عميد الأدب العربي أو عميد الصحافة العراقية تكريم , وكنت أقف على باب نقابة الصحفيين في بغداد قبل أسابيع أنتظر يوم السبت صباحآ الدكتور هادي وهو دكتوراه بالأجتماع , لأجراء أختبار الجماعي لنا الصحفيين , وأنا خريج كلية الأعلام _ قسم صحافة من جامعة بغداد ودبلوم عالي من المعهد الأدارة العليا الأوربي _ العربي والخ من شهادات فخرية حتى أجدد الهوية والعضوية وتغيير الصفة أحتاج أختبار ! بينما لدي صفة رائد وخبير بالأعلام ! , وسألت الحارس قال لي _ لا أحد موجود ولم يحضر على الموعد الدكتور هادي كما الحال كل سبت بالصدفة يأتي ويختبر الموجودين ! حظ يانصيب ! , وحتى تتنقل في بغداد تحتاج ساعات ! , وعليه جاء رجل وأدى السلام وسأل الحارس عن السيد النقيب _ هل النقيب موجود ! , فأجبنته _ لا .. بس الرائد موجود أتفضل !
ثار السائق ونهض من الكرسي تحت الشجرة وقال لي _ تستهزء بالنقيب ! , شرحت له أني صحفي كبير بالعمر وأعتبروني من الرواد وهي تفسير كلمتي صحفي رائد ! أما النقابة تسمي رئيس مجلس الأدارة النقيب وتمنح صفة الرائد هي مشكلتها ! , ولم أقصد أهانة أحد! ثم كيف النقيب يمنح لقب عميد الصحافة العراقية على الزملاء! هي أخطاء أدارية المفروض في النظام الداخلي تصحح وترسم سلسلة صفات في التدرج لكي يتم التعامل فيها ! وكان المسلمون في بداية الأسلام يطلقون العبد والجارية على الناس المملوكين وبعد الحرية الأسلامية أكد عليهم في حديث نبوي شريف ص _ أنه لا تقول أيها العبد لسيدك ياربي ! وأنما قل ياسيدي ومولاي! ولاتقولوا العبد والجارية , بل قولوا يافتاة وهي فتاتي ! وهذا غلامي أيها الغلام ! وثم التطور في العهد العثماني الأخير كان في العراق لقب الباشا والبيك والأفندي وهو أصغر موظف حكومي مدني يلبس ملابس مدنية رسمية ! وثم ألغيت بعد ثورة 14تموز وأعلان الجمهورية العراقية وصدر قرار بالتعامل بلقفب السيد والسيدة ! مع كل مواطن عراقي! وألغيت الألقاب الأخرى الطبقية المميزة !
واليوم أتسأل هل من حق أي مسؤول منح لقب أعلى من لقبه !يعني من حكايتنا الآن نقيب الصحفيين أو الأدباء أو الفنانيين يمنح لقب عميد أو رائد الفن والأدب والصحافة الخ !! Capt. granted the title of Dean
