في العراق لا توجد ثقافة أطلاق أسماء البرلمانيين على الحوادث الفيضانات التلوث البيئي الأعاصير والأنفجارات الضخمة والحروب ! لكن هي شعبيآ متداولة !ّ من الأربعينات في القرن الماضي كانوا يسمون السنة بأنها سنة دكة رشيد الكيلاني ! أو أنقلاب البكر أو لفيضان لنهر دجلة على بغداد عام 1954م !
واليوم نحن نحتاج للتذكير بها وأقول الحق أستماعي لتقرير منظمة البيئة اليوم العالمي بالأمم المتحدة تذكرت وتحية لجهودهم المبذولة لخدمة البيئة في العالم من التلوث ,اطلاقهم أسماء أعضاء في الكونغرس الأمريكي على الأعاصير مثل أعصار ساندي ! وغيره ! لأنه هؤلاء لم يساندوا بل رفضوا قوانيين حماية البيئة !
نحن في العراق معاناة نتيجة تلوث البيئة من أثر الحروب التي مرت علينا ونحتاج حملة لتطهير الأنهار والأراضي من الأسلحة والقنابل غير المنفلقة وغيرها ! هي دعوة لأطلاق أسماء القادة السياسيين على الحوادث لكي ترتبط مع زمن توليهم مناصب الحكم والبرلمان وكما كان الناس يطلقون أسماء الفنانيين على السيارات مثل _ ليلى علوي على اللاندكروزر أو اليوم سيارة التكسي الصفراء أوباما الخ !

In Iraq, there is no culture of naming parliamentarians to flooding incidents of environmental pollution hurricanes , massive explosions and wars ! But is popularly traded ! Forties of the last century were called the year as the year bench Rashid al - Kilani ! , Virgin coup or flooding of the Tigris River on Baghdad in 1954 !
Today, we need to remind them and say the truth , listening Organization of the Environment Report of the United Nations International Day remembered and a tribute to their efforts to serve the world's environment from pollution , their release the names of the members of the U.S. Congress on hurricanes such as Hurricane Sandy ! And others ! Because these not يساندوا but refused to Guanyin protect the environment!
We are in Iraq suffering as a result of pollution of the environment from the impact of the wars that we passed and we need a campaign to clean up rivers and lands of weapons and unexploded bombs and other ! Is a call to release the names of political leaders to accidents associated with the time of assuming positions of government and parliament and also had people call the names of artists such as cars _ Laila Alawi on Allandcrosr or day yellow taxi car Obama etc !
