وهم يدعون المطالبة بحقوق ورفع ظلم وطلب عدم التهميش وطلب المشاركة في حكم العراق ورفض من تم أحتساب مثيلهم لهؤلاء وهم مقيمون وعائلاتهم خارج العراق! وبرزت شخصيات جديدة منها الشيخ علي حات العلي سليمان أبن أمير قبائل الدليم في العراق والعالم والشيخ محمد سعيد اللافي وهو رجل دين سني ,بعد أشهر من التظاهرات والأعتصامات والتجمع حصلت ممارسات ومناوشات بين الحكومة المحلية والأتحادية والمتظاهرين وحوادث كثيرة منها مقتل جنود عائدين من الحدود العراقية _السورية قرب مكان التجمع والتظاهر !وتسببت في مشكلة أعقبت أقتحام تظاهرات مدينة الحوية في شمال محافظة ديالى على حدود كركوك !وتسببت في ضحايا في مواجهات بين القوات العراقية والمتظاهرين راح ضحيتها أكثر من 200 قتيل وجريح !,الفرصة اصبحت مهيئة الى المراقبون عن بعد وهم الأكراد وتحقيق أهدافهم في التسلط على كركوك النفطية والحصول على مبالغ مالية مليارات ال$! كانت الحكومة الأتحادية ترفض منحها لهم ولكن في ظروف أستثنائية أمس وافقت الحكومة الأتحادية على كل المطالب أعلاه! مقابل المساعدة على بسط النفود والسلطة على العراق ! والأكراد كانوا الملجأ لكل الهاربين من الحكومة الأتحادية ومنهم رافع العاني شخصية ظهرت منتحلة صفة مفتي الديار العراقية الأسلامي , ومنحته الأقامة في مدينة السليمانية والتمويل المالي وليكون الراعي للمتظاهرين العرب السنة وأصدار الفتوى والتحرك في الاعلام والصحافة وتجد لقاءات تلفزيونية مباشر من السيمانية معه ليل نهار ! , ويعتقد العراقيون العرب من السنة والشيعة أن التاريخ لا يرحم العرب السنة المتظاهرين لأنهم تسببوا في تحقيق الأكراد والكطويت مكاسب كانوا يحلمون بها في ترسيم الحدود والسيطرة على آبار النفط ومنكركوك للأكراد والمليارات من ال$!
