, جن الشاب وذهب وبحث عن الأرملة وجدها توفيت وبحث عن أبناءها وجدهم اصحاب معامل وأملاك وبنايات , طلب منهم تلبية دعوته لطعام الغذاء وجمع أقاربه وتحدث بالموضوع أمام الناس علنآ وطلب منهم أخذ حقهم وأبداله ببيتهم القديم لكنهم لأمانته وتصرفه وكما علمنا عوض الله عليهم عفوا عنه وأعتبروه أخ لهم ! قال الجميع له الآن أرضيت الله والناس , والضرائب كان يعادلها بالدولة العربية الأسلامية أيام المسلمين الزكاة وهي مبلغ يدفع طوعآ وبرضى من يسدده لبيت مال المسلمين أي وزارة المالية الأسلامية ويتم توزيعه على المحتاجين وليس ضريبة ورسوم تبدأ اليوم معنا من أول يوم يولد بالمستشفى الى السكن والعيش والموت اليوم حتى الموت بالعراق لدينا مشكلة لعائلة المتوفي كما ذكرنا مؤجرة ومباعة لمقاولون تجارة الموتى , في دول العالم البلدية في كل مدينة تدفن الموتى لكن ربما الأعتقاد الديني المذهبي فرق العراقيين حتى بالموت ليدفنوا بأماكن بعيدة عن المدن التي يعيشون فيها , والثقافة العامة عند العامة من العراقيين ضعيفة ومتواضعة وعاطفتهم تغلب عليهم وعندما تستنجد بهم يلبون النداء بحسن نية وهي يسمونها النخوة والبطولة والشجاعة العربية ولكن اليوم نحن بعصر المال والمادة والزمن لا يصرف ألا كما يصرف المال من الجيوب لأنه لا يأتي ألا بظروف صعبة وبينما كان يستغل العراقيين نظام صدام أسوأ استغلال من رسوم منها بحجة دينية فيها أساءة لسمعةالأسلام بحجة بناء ملوية جامع سامراء التاريخية وبينما هي آثار من مئات السنيين استهزاء بالدين والناس طغيان نظام حاكم ورسم تبرع من الموظفين في الوزارات للنادي الرياضي التابع لكل وزارة لكي تتحمل الناس تكاليف تمتع الرياضيون باللعب ودون موافقتهم تستقطع بالقوة والسلطة وضريبة التبرع لطبع مطبوعات ومجلات تمجد النظام وتوزيعها عليهم لشراءها بثمن بعد طبعها بتبرعاتهم وتستقطع تبرعات لما سمي الرعاية الأجتماعية في بلد يصدر النفط والثروات وحتى مواد البناء كان نظام صدام يصدرها الى دول الخليج العربي من السمنت والطابوق وحتى الخضراوات من الأنتاج الزراعي يختار أفضل الأصناف للتصدير ويترك لهم الصنف غير الصالح للأستهلاك البشري ومقابل أستيراد أحتياجات ضرورية وعائدات النفط وبيعه له بأرصدة أقاربه خارج العراق, وتبرع بالنفط مجانآ الى دول تربطه مصالح معها منها الأردن وأسرائيل وتركيا وبينما يبيع منتجاته للعامة من الناس في العراق بسعر يعادل السعر العالمي لها وبأزمة ولا يمنح السكن ولا الرعاية الصحية ويعاملهم بقسوة أكثر من المحتل الأجنبي حيث كان يهيئهم للقبول بالأحتلال الأمريكي وفي سيناريوا مماثل لأستسلام أمبراطور اليابان لكن العراقيين لم يقاتلوا معه عام 2003 م وأدى ذلك الى نهايته على يد أصدقاءه المحتلين , وأذكر رواية أحد العراقيين عام 1998م عندما قصفت أمريكا بغداد بالشتاء البارد , تطوع من رجال لحراسة مدينتهم في بغداد _ حي الكرادة الشرقية ولكنهم ليلآ فوجؤا بالمسؤول الكبير يأتي لتأنيبهم لأنهم أزعجوا دار أحد كبار المسؤولين في نظام صدام لأنهم اشعلوا النار من أغصان الشجر للتدفأة , واتهم المجموعة بأنهم طرقوا باب دار المسؤول لطلب مشروب دافيء الشاي وطعام ألخ! والمستفاد من امتيازات صدام الطائلة و طالت أيام القصف من الطيران الأمريكي لبغداد واضطروا لجلب طعام من البيت رفض المسؤول عنهم من تدفئته في مكتبه بالمقر الحكومي الذي يقومون بالحماية له طوعآ بحجة عدم تحمله دخولهم للمبنى النظيف وهم من مناطق شعبية , وحتى الطعام الذي توزعه أتحادات نسائية تطوعت بتقديمها للمتطوعين لسرقة تخصيصات مالية بحجة ذلك انها الحرب فرصة للسرقة من المال العام يقول كان هذا الطعام يسرق بالطريق من الموزعين , والرسوم والضرائب بالعراق حتى بحالة الخدمة الألزامية العسكرية كانت تكلف من يؤديها خدمة للوطن الأموال الطائلة ومعاملات ورقية على حسابه الخاص , ويدفع الرشاوي حتى يحصل على توزيع في موقع مناسب وقريب لمدينته , عدا أستغلاله من الضباط والمسؤولين عنه أداريآ , واليوم لم يتغير الحال المسؤولون الجدد سكنوا مساكن الطغاة جماعة نظام صدام ومنها البيوت والقصور والدور التي تم بناءها مخالفة للقانون العراقي ومنه موقعها بين مجرى نهر دجلة والفرات والسدة الترابية للنهرين وهي مخالفة لقانون الشواطيء العراقي والوزارات تخشى سلطتهم السياسية والبرلمانية ولا تستطيع تنفيذ القانون بحقهم وأزالة المخالفات وكانت بنايات نشأت أيام صدام بعضها أهداها لصدقاء واقارب وشعراء ووزراء مخالفة للقانون , وتعليمات الخدمة العامة بالحكومة العراقية يخالفها رئيس الجمهورية العراقية الحالي جلال الطالباني وأعضاء البرلمان والحكومة من خلال عدم تطبيق الشروط الواجب توفرها بالموظف الحكومي والعامل بالخدمة العامة بالعراق قانونآ من شرط العمر الذي هم صوتوا بالبرلمان بتحديد الحد الأعلى للموظف الحكومي العراقي ب 61 سنة من العمر يحال للتقاعد أجباريآ وبينما هم متجاوزون حتى البعض التسعين سنة من العمر وشرط الكفاءة الصحية والقدرة البدنية والعقلية بتقرير من اللجان المختصة في وزارة الصحة وغيرها ويطالبون المواطن بالألتزام بالقانون ولذلك نشاهد العامة من الناس تقوم بأعمال مخالفة وتتستر عليها لأنها تشاهد عدم ألتزام من الأعلى و الأمر كله مرهون بالأيمان بالله وخشيته من قبل الأنسان في داخله ,وليس خشية القانون الوضعي الدنيوي ولم يتعظوا من تجارب النظام السابق والذي يعترف احد رجال الأمن الخاص في نظام صدام انه أجتاح كربلاء أيام الأنتفاضة الشعبانية عام 1991م وبعد ارتكابهم رائم بحق المدنيين أنتقم منه الله حيث زوجته هربت وتركت أولادها عنده وأدعت الزواج منه بينما هي اليوم في القاهرة تعمل في المطاعم السياحية ماذا بعد هذه اللعنة ,واذكر أننا اليوم لايسمح قانونى للعراقي ان يدفن والده أو والدته في الدار لأنها مخالفة للقانون وحددت اماكن لذلك بينما كان أيام مضت من التاريخ الأنسان حر بأرض بيته ممكن يحولها لذلك الأمر وأنتظر اجابات العلماء والخبراء بالعلوم الأسلامية للأجابة لماذا دفن النبي وآل بيته في بيوتهم وبعض أفراد عائلته لا يعلم مكانهم طلبوا عدم معرفة الناس بها ؟ وبعد ذلك دفن معه الخليفة الأول والثاني وبعدها توفي الأمام الحسن ابن بنت الرسول (ص9 رفض دفنه مع جده من قبل زوجته أبنة الخليفة الأول لماذا لاندري وبقيت أسرار دفن أبنته فاطمة الزهراء لليوم سر لا يعلمه ألا الله وربما نربط الحديث النبوي الشريف بأن هناك مدن سترفع يوم القيامة الى السماء لدخول الجنة هي وسكانها!وأذا كانت التركات تورث للأبناء والأحفاد هل من حق احفاد آل البيت النبوي الشريف والصحابة الفاتحين أن ينالوا ويطالبوا في حقهم من أملاك اجدادهم في الحجاز مكة والمدينة المنورة؟ ولو هي اليوم صادرتها المملكة السعودية وتحولت الى أبراج فنادق تؤجر للحجاج وملكت الى العائلة الملكة من غنائم سيطرتهم على الحجاز وطرد اميرها الشريف حسين الى فلسطين وتأسيس مملكة الأردن له تعويض عنها ويقولون ان الخارطة الجغرافية السياسية اليوم تعامل الأنسان على هويته وجواز سفره وليس على الأصل النسب أو الأعتقاد والنتماء الديني المذهبي و لا تعترف بان هؤلاء احفاد لعوائل من أرضها وكأننا بلعبة الكراسي من يفقد الكرسي يخرج من اللعبة ولو الرابح هنا الفنان والرياضي منحوا عقود بدول منحتهم الجنسية وبعضهم حصل على مناصب مثل سفير النوايا الحسنة بالأمم المتحدة ومنظمات دولية مقابل الأعتراف بدولة أسرائيل على أرض فلسطين والقدس الشريف المحتل والتخلي عن جنسيته المولود في ارضها والله الموفق للخير.
