الدعاية والاعلام بأنواعه الصحافة الألكترونية والمطبوعة والمرئية والمسموعة والنكنة السياسية والأشاعة والكاركاتير ألخ! توظف أدوات تحت تصرف السياسي مع السلطة الحكومية من رجال الشرطة والجيش والقوات المسلحة الأخرى كلها أدوات السياسي للسيطرة على الشعب وبينما يعلن أنه ممثل شرعي ومنح الشعب الثقة به عبر أنتخابات البرلمان التي تم في العراق قبول الترشح لها دون مراعاة الشروط التي يجب توفرها في المرشح ومنها تقرير طبي من لجان مختصة في وزارة الصحة تمنح تقرير القدرة العقلية والبدنية لطالب الوظيفة في الدولة , وشرط الحد الأعلى من العمر في وقت لا يسمح القانون بقبول طالب الدراسات العليا الدكتوراه الذي تجاوز عمره الخمسين 50 من العمر بحجة أنه لن تتم الستفادة منه بعد 5 سنوات وهكذا شرط التحصيل الدراسي الذي منع الفئات العمالية والفلاحية من ترشح ممثل لها بينما منحت المرأة الكوتا وهي نسبة أجبارية للمرأة في البرلمان تمثل نسبة 3من 12 عضو , ونظام البديل الذي يسمح بأبدال المتقاعد أو المتوفي من أعضاء البرلمان بأخر من قائمته لم يكون فائز بل فاشل بالأنتخابات بينما الصحيح أجراء أنتخابات تكميلية لمليء الشاغر عن ذلك , وفي مصر العربية تم الطلب من الراغب بالترشح لمنصب رئيس الجمهورية أن يقدم تأييد من الشعب يوافقون على ترشحه ومصدقة من كاتب العدل في وزارة العدل و وكان في الخمسينات في العراق ترشح عراقي لمنصب مختار في أي حي أو قرية بالعراق يحتاج الى تأييد مثل ذلك من 80 عراقي ثم ينظر بطلبه ويرشح , بينما عضو برلمان يصبح عضو ولاأحد يغرفه من الحي الذي يمثله لأنه مرشح ضمن قائمة أنتخابية لمجموعة سياسية , وأما حق الشعب في المشاركة بالأنتخابات البرلمانية لا يتم عن طريق الرقم السري أو رسالة موبايل نصية أو بالأنترنيت يمليء الأستمارة على الموقع وأستغلال ذلك من قبل موظفي المفوضية المشرفة على الأنتخابات وهم من ميليشيات وأحزاب نافذة قام أكثرهم بتأضير أصوات الممتنع والغائب عن المشاركة لصالح أحزابهم , وطلبنا من المفوضية نشر أسماء الشعب المشاركين بالأنتخابات ليعرق ويطلع الشعب على تأشير أسماءهم والغائب الممتنع عن المشاركة ممكن يثبت أنه لم يشارك بالأنتخابات وهذه جريمة سرقة حق الأنتخاب وتزوير الموظفين بالمفوضية لوثائق الناخب الغائب , لكن رفضت المفوضية ذلك نهائيآ , واليوم بكل العالم رسائل نصية على الموبايل أو على الأنترنيت ممكن الأطلاع على أي شيء و وهذه الأمور جعلت الشعب لا يثق بالبرلمانيين الذين هم شكلوا حكومة ووزارة للحكم والعجيب أنه بكل دول العالم البرلماني لديه حصانة ومشرف ومراقب على الحكومة لأنها تشكل من رجال ونساء أكاديميين ألا في العراق الوزراء تنازلوا عن عضوية البرلمان وتخويل الشعب لهم مقابل المنصب الوزاري لأنه يوفر يتيح لهم فرصة أكبر في الأستفادة ماليآ وتعين وتنصيب ومنح درجات وأمتيازات لهم ولمن يرغبون منحه هبة أو هدية ضمن وزاراتهم بالأضافة الى الأمور الأخرى و وهؤلاء لا يحتاجون الى الشعب وعير مهتمين بكسب تأييد منه لأنهم جاء أمر تكليفهم بالحكومة في صفقات سياسية محاصصة ولا يحتاجون أقناع أو تأييد الرأي العام لأنه غير مؤثر و محكوم بالقوة العسكرية من الجيش والشرطة والدعم الخارجي من المحتل الأمريكي وحلفاءه , مقابل منح تلك الدول النفط والثروات والتصرف في العراق ومعاملته تايع لها و وأذا علمنا أن هؤلاء السياسيين الحكام في العراق أقروا قانون أزدواجية الجنسية وهم لديهم جوازات وجنسية دول أخرى يحتفظون بها ويودعون أرصدة مالية وتحويلات أليها وعائلات اغلبهم لا زالت تعيش هناك ,العراق يتكون من قوميات متعددة الأكبر العرب وثم الأكراد وهؤلاء منحوا من نظام صدام اقليم عام 1991م بصفقة بعد غزو الكويت مقابل بقاءه حاكم للعراق و المجرم صدام دمر العراق وخاصة المتقاعدين المدنيين الى اليوم يعانون من تدني مستوى رواتبهم الشهرية وهي ليست من خزينة أو ميزانية الحكومة ولا تخسر أو تكلف الدولة دولار واحد لأنها تجمع من استقطاع شهري من رواتب الموظفين المستمرين بالدولة ... ما المستشار الأعلامي وما الصحافة لا تأثير لها ولا يحتاجها السياسي العراقي وأنما هي ديكور أمام العالم ولكن التاريخ يسجل وعلى الصحافة بكل أنواعها الأنتباه لذلك .
