بعض الناس عند الشبع بعد الأكل يهنيء نفسه ويعتقد الجياع راضون عنه مثله , مجلة شبكة الأعلام العراقي نقول العراقيين يفضلون العراقية وهي الأكثر مشاهدة في أستفتاء لها , الواقع العراقيون ينقسمون مع كثرة التلفزيونات الفضائية التي تبث لهم برامجها من داخل وخارج العراق فضائيآ وعبر الأقمار الصناعية الى مشاهدة متخصصة لأنه الأكراد يتابعون ما يبث باللغة الكردية وأقليم كردستان لديهم تلفزيونات كثيرة تستهدف الأقليم باللغة القومية ولا يتابعون البث العربي وهم لا يتكلمون مع السائح والزائر الى الأقليم ألا باللغة الكردية , والقسم الأخر وسط العراق هم من الأكثرية العربية من أهل السنة والجماعة المذهبية الدينية الأسلامية وهؤلاء يتابعون التلفزيونات التي تبث بهذا الأتجاه وأحساس لديهم يشجع ذلك من التهميش والمشاكل التي يعانون منها من تفرد جهات من مذاهب دينية وقومية عنصرية بالعراق ونظام الحكم فيه يجعلهم يينحازون أليها وهي تتبنى برامج مطلبية والمناداة بحقوق ومظلومية تدعي لأنهم يعانون منها تلعب بالعواطف والندب والنحيب على أطلال النظام الصدامي وغيره وأقليم الجنوب وجزء من الوسط نجد هؤلاء منقسمون الى متابعين الى بث تلفزيونات مذهبية دينية حسب ما يسمونه التقليد منهم من أتباع التيار الصدري ومنهم يتبعون تيارات أخرى وهؤلاء يتابعون تلفزيونات متخصصة تابعة لها وهكذا الأخرين وأما تلفزيونات حكومية في المحافظات تبث بأسم المحافظة وتتابع الشأن المحلي فهي لونها بصبغة التركيبة الديموغرافية للمحافظة حسب الأكثرية فيها وفي الجنوب هي مذهبية تمثل العرب الشيعة والوسط تمثل العرب السنة والديانات الأخرى والقوميات الأقليات كل منها له تلفزيون يبث باللغة الخاصة بهم , نحن الآعلام والصحافة بأنواعها كافة ومنها الألكترونية نريد وسائل أعلام عامة صفتها الحياد والمسؤولية الأخلاقية وعدم الأنحياز الى القومية والمذهب وانما البث بأتجاه برامج تستهدف الكل وتثقف لحب الوطن والوحدة بالعراق , لكن أحلال وابدال العاملين بهذه الوسائل الآعلامية والصحفية بعاملين من التخصص الفكري والمعتقد الديني بدل الأعلامي والصحفي المتخصص والأدارات تستغل الملكية لهذه الوسائل تفرض على المتلقي المشاهد والمستمع من تخوله بأدارتها من مؤيديها وقياداتها وأضطر بعض الاعلاميين والصحفيين الى العمل في مثل هذه الأجواء لكسب العيش والرزق وحاجتهم المعيشية , ويشترطون عليهم الظهور بالمظر الذي يدل على صفة هذه المجموعات السياسية الدينية أو القومية ومن الملابس الى الحلاقة للشعر ولبس الأكسسوارات ألخ !,ونقابة الصحفيين التي من نظامها الداخلي خاصة بالعاملين بالآعلام والصحافة من خريجوا كلية الآعلام من أقسام الصحافة والأذاعة والتلفزيون تمنح العضوية لكل العاملين في الوسائل الأعلامية من تخصصات فنية أو لغات أو علوم دينية أو خريجوا الدراسة الثانوية فقط , وهذه منحت الصفة الرسمية لهؤلاء العاملين أمام العالم الخارجي وأمام الحكومة والقانون والمجتمع العراقي وهي مسؤولية كبيرة تم خرقها وبعضهم موظفين في وزارة الثقافة منهم الأنسة سوسن الزبيدي مدير مكتب أعلام الوزارة ورشحت للأنتخابات في النقابة تنافس على منصب نقيب ومجلس الآدارة فيها والقانون ينص أنه الصحفيين هم من يمارس المهنة خارج وزارات الحكومة , تبقى النقابة تحت سيطرة الحكومة والتي تمثل محاصصة سياسية تتحكم بملكية وسائل الأعلام وبعضها ممولة ومملوكة من الخارج ومنها أسرائيل عبر مستثمرين منهم ماردوخ الصحفي المشهور في بريطانيا ولديه تلفزيونات تبث باللهجة العراقية من بيروت والقاهرة ويعمل فيها من اصل عراقي يحملون الجنسية الأمريكية جاؤا مع الأحتلال عام 2003م كما في الحرة الممولة من الكونغرس الأمريكي وزميلتها شبكة الآعلام العراقية وبعد صدور قرار الجنسية المزدوجة, والحديث بمصطلحات ولغة المؤسسة التي تريدها وهؤلاء بعتبرون تحولوا من أعلاميين وصحفيين الى سياسيين منتظمين في مكاتب أعلامية وصحفية تابعة لهذه التيارات الفكرية والدينية والقومية والعاملون فيها منتمون الى أحزاب أو موظفين ولاءهم لها تمامآ والصراع بين الوسائل الأعلامية لا ينظمه لا قانون ولا وزارة بعد حل وزارة الأعلام الحكومية وأنتهى أعلام وصحافة الحكومة الوطنية الرسمية وتسلم منصب وزير الثقافة من محاصصة ضاببط أستخبارات عسكرية من بقايا نظام صدام كان برتبة مقدم تخصص التعذيب النفسي وهو الدليمي, لأنه التمييز واضح بين هذه الوسائل الآعلامية من النظر الى المظهر الخارجي للعاملين ولغتهم المؤسساتية فيها تعرف أنهم من الطائفة والقومية والتيارات السياسية الفلانية !ومن الذكور والأناث والحكومة تعتبر الصحافة والآعلام الحر هذا وفر حرية العمل بينما يبقى التمويل والملكية الخاصة المتحكم وثقافة الأستثمار في الآعلام والصحافة غير ممكن في ظروف هيمنة السياسيين على أعلانات الحكومة لصالح مؤسساتهم الآعلامية والصحفية وهو مصدر تمويل ممكن لو هناك عدالة .
