بغداد عاصمة الثقافة العربية 2013!Baghdad, the capital of Arab culture 2013!
أبدأ من شعر الرئيس المصري السابق حسني مبارك في المحكمة قبل أسابيع دافع عن نفسه بقصيدة الشاعر محمد سعيد الحبوبي التي غناها القاريء المقام العراقي المرحوم محمد الطائي الشهير القبانجي البغدادي .. _بلادي وأن جارت علي عزيزة وأهلي قومي وأن شحوا علي كرام !
عندما ألتقى الشاعر أحمد شوقي أمير الشعراء العرب سأل القبانجي من كتب القصيدة قال له محمد سعيد الحبوبي شاعر العراق ديوانه الكبير في العالم ! ولم يكن قد سمع به للأسف! وعليه اليوم بغداد عاصمة الثقافة العربية لهذا العام ولا يتكرر ذلك ألا بعد أكثر من 20 سنة , ولم أحضر احتفالية واحدة كلها تجري في المسرح الوطني تحت حماية مشددة وسرية تامة بحجة الخوف على الفرق العربية وغيرها من أعذار ! ومليارات تم صرفها ولا ندري لمن منحت ! نحن الصحفيين لم نستلم أي دعم منها وأنا شخصيآ دينار عراقي واحد لم أستلم بل بالعكس جريدة لي وزميلي الأستاذ عبد الأمير ناصر حسين العبودي يطلبون لتجديدها رسوم خيالية وثقيلة لو أصدروا أعفاء لهذه السنة عن رسوم تجديد الصحف في نقابة الصحفيين بدل صرف المليارات على احتفالات لا نراها ولا نسمع عنها ولا تنشر حتى نراها !وكل بطولات الرياضة العربية من حصة العراق تقام في كردستان الأقليم المنعزل عن العراق العربي!
هؤلاء القائمون على الثقافة اليوم لا يقرؤون التأريخ ! من محمد القبانجي لهم مثلآ ! لو يعلمون ما سنكتب أو كتبنا عنهم في مذكراتنا والأجيال القادمة الحكم تخلد من تشاء ! وأتسأل هل نتفق على أن الشعب العراقي نوع من المحبيين وعشاق الثقافة وكل أمة تحب الفن والثقافة يتم احتلالها بسهولة لأنها رقيقة ليست أبنة حرب ! وليس عيبآ لأنه باريس عاصمة الثقافة في العالم أحتلها هتلر ودمرها وبغداد ليس عيبآ ولا عار أحتلها الأمريكان ومن احتلال الى أحتلال عمرها أكثره !لأننا حضارة ولسنا طلاب حروب ودماء لدرجة لانقتل دفاعآ عن النفس حتى!
